ESTEEM is a program designed for college seniors preparing to transition from college life to adult parish life. There will not be another place like STM, but don't let that stop you from engaging with the Church after graduation. ESTEEM aids with this transition time, offering leadership formation through a series of presentations and discussions, professional and personal formation with a mentor, and an encounter with the young Church through a spring National Capstone Conference with other ESTEEM college cohorts. This is a unique opportunity during a unique time of your life!
