Fall Break Pilgrimage
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21 – SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25
Alongside Fr. Joseph MacNeill and Sister Mary Rose Irvine, FSE, a group of students will participate in the Franciscan Jubilee Year by traveling to California and walking three of the Franciscan Missions. The group will begin in Sonoma at Mission San Francisco Solano, travel south to Mission San Rafael, and end in San Francisco at Mission San Francisco de Asis/Mission Dolores. While in San Francisco, they will also visit the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption to see the relics of St. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi. They will celebrate the Mass daily, visit three designated Jubilee sites, and venerate the relics.
