Each semester, members of this group are invited to reconnect with each other or get to know new people at socials, reading groups, prayer opportunities and dinner & conversation at the chaplain residence.
FACULTY & STAFF SOCIAL
Join us for the 5:30 pm daily Mass on Tuesday, September 1, for a special blessing for faculty & staff. We encourage you to bring a friend or any new Yale colleagues to this celebration. The mass will be followed by a Welcome Back Social from 6 to 7:30 pm in the STM courtyard. Drinks and heavy appetizers will be provided. READING GROUP
This semester, the group will be reading and discussing I See Satan Fall Like Lightning by René Girard. Books and dinner are provided. This group meets once a month on Tuesdays: Sept 15, Oct 20, Nov 17, and Dec 15.
DINNER & CONVERSATION AT CHAPLAIN RESIDENCE
Join other Yale faculty & staff for dinner and conversation at the Chaplain Residence next to the STM Chapel. After a catered meal, particular topics will be led by the priests and other experts in their field, followed by discussion. This is a time for fellowship, prayer, and intellectual engagement. This event will take place on Oct 6, Nov 3, and Dec 1.
